Investment and AI disclaimer

Last updated

Volamind helps you research what you hold. Read this before you rely on anything it shows you. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Not investment advice

Everything in Volamind is for research and education. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or crypto asset.

Volamind is not a broker, an investment adviser or a fiduciary. Using Volamind doesn't create an adviser, broker or any other professional relationship between you and Volamind. Volamind only knows what you tell it, so it can't account for the rest of your finances, your taxes or your obligations.

What AI can get wrong

The assistant's replies, the research reports and their summaries are written by AI models. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It can misread a filing or an article, confuse two companies, get a figure or a date wrong, and sound certain when it isn't right.

When the assistant suggests what you could do with a position, that is its own view, written by AI from the research and what you've told it. It is not a recommendation, and it can be wrong.

Ratings and comparisons are research opinions

Ratings (Buy, Overweight, Hold, Underweight and Sell), sentiment readings, peer comparisons, risk measures, and suggested rebalancing or position sizes are research opinions and calculations. They are not recommendations to trade, and two sources can rate the same instrument differently.

Data can be delayed or wrong

Prices and quotes come from third-party data providers and may be delayed. Company details, filings, earnings and dividend dates, and economic release dates can be incomplete, wrong or changed after we show them, and projected dividends are estimates. Check prices with your broker before you trade. None of these providers endorses Volamind, and none is responsible for how Volamind uses its data.

Past performance

Past performance doesn't predict future results. Returns, volatility, drawdowns, correlations and stress tests describe what happened in the past. Every investment carries risk, including the loss of the money you put in.

Your decisions are yours

Do your own research before you buy or sell anything, and think about speaking to a licensed financial adviser or tax professional about your situation. You are responsible for your investment decisions and their results.
