Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract where you live. Don't use Volamind if the law that applies to you doesn't allow it.

Volamind is in early access. We're still building it, so features may change, move between plans, or be removed, and the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We may also end early access. Keep your own records of what you hold; don't rely on Volamind as the only copy.

Volamind gives you research and education about investments. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell anything.

Volamind is not a broker, an investment adviser or a fiduciary, and using Volamind doesn't make it one. Volamind never places trades, never holds your money or securities, and doesn't connect to your brokerage account. The positions it knows about are the ones you enter or confirm.

When the assistant suggests what you could do with a position, that suggestion is a research opinion written by AI. It is not a recommendation from a licensed professional, and it doesn't take into account anything about your finances that you haven't told Volamind.

The assistant's replies, the research reports, ratings, summaries and research cards are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They can misread a source, mix up companies or figures, and state something with confidence that isn't true.

Check anything important against the original source before you act on it. You decide what to do with your investments, and you are responsible for those decisions and their results.

Prices, quotes, filings, company details and the events calendar come from third-party providers (see our disclaimer). This data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Neither we nor those providers make any promise about it, and it isn't suitable for decisions that depend on real-time prices.

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address current.
• Keep your password private. If you sign in with Google, keep your Google account secure too.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• If you think someone else has used your account, contact us right away.

When you use Volamind, don't:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download it, or access it with bots or scripts other than through the apps we provide;
• try to break it, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or get around its security or usage limits;
• try to manipulate the assistant or the research, for example by writing messages meant to make it ignore its instructions, reveal other people's information, or produce harmful content;
• access, or try to access, anyone else's account or data;
• use it for anything unlawful, including fraud or market manipulation;
• resell, rent or sublicense Volamind, or offer it or its output as a service to others.

We may limit or stop access that breaks these rules.

Your content is what you put into Volamind: your messages, profile, positions and watchlists. You keep ownership of it.

You give Volamind permission to store, copy, process and display your content, and to send it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, only to run Volamind for you, keep it secure, and fix problems. This permission ends when the content is deleted or erased, except for copies in logs and backups, which expire as the Privacy Policy describes.

Only add content you have the right to share. Please don't put other people's personal information, or confidential information you aren't allowed to share, into your messages.

Volamind's software, design, name and logo, and the research and text it produces, belong to Volamind or the companies we license them from. You may use what Volamind shows you for your own personal research. Please don't copy, republish or redistribute the service or its research, except for short excerpts you share for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The plans and prices on our Pricing page are for early access and may change before launch. If we offer a paid plan and you subscribe, the price, billing period and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your subscription. You can cancel as described for your plan.

You can stop using Volamind at any time, and close your account in Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what closing your account does.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we need to in order to protect Volamind, other investors or anyone else, or if the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and explain why. We may also stop offering Volamind; if we do, we'll tell you by email before it closes.

We provide Volamind as it is and as it is available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, complete, available, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose, including any investment decision. Some places don't allow these exclusions; there, they apply only as far as the law allows.

As far as the law allows:

• Volamind is not liable for investment losses, missed gains, or any decision you make based on Volamind;
• Volamind is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data;
• Volamind's total liability to you for any claim about Volamind is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

We may update these terms as Volamind changes. If a change is material, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Volamind after that, or accept the updated terms when we ask you to, the updated terms apply. If you don't agree with them, stop using Volamind and delete your account. The version and date at the top of this page show which terms are current.
